Abstract/Summary
To connect nanoparticle properties in physiological solution to mechanism of uptake into and transport in cells. To connect final cellular location of nanoparticles with the intra- and inter-cellular processes disrupted. To establish experimental protocols for every aspect to ensure complete reproducibility.
